Drs Liesching And Associates
Complaint on unfair treatment

Greetings!

My name is Lulamani Zenzile, ID No: 820419 5541 081. I undergone a surgeon on
the 17 May 2013 at St Dominics Hospital in East London, Eastern Cape. The
surgeon was performed by Dr W.H. Viviers, Prac No: 0399051. To my surprise I
received a call from DRS Liesching and Associates, Prac No: 1005154, claiming
that I owe them an amount of R2974.14 for performing Anaesthetic during my
surgeon.

I told them I don't know anything about that, as I was supposes to be informed
about that prior the surgeon and I called Dr Viviers, where I got answered by
saying its my problem that I was not told about it and I must pay. I then
contacted my medical aid and they informed me that they have paid what was due
but it transpired that DRS Liesching and Associates charged more than the
normal rates.

Now they want to blacklist me and they have handed that debt to the lawyers.

Can you please assist me as I feel this unfair treatment on my side as the
Doctor, Dr. Viviers, should have alerted me that someone else is going to
performed something on me and I'll be liable for the costs.
