Great service and help!

For the past week and a half I have been struggling to get my chronic medication approved by Discovery, firstly because my psychiatrist did not follow the correct procedure in submitting a script to Discovery, then because my psychiatrist was on leave, then other similar complications. I also struggled to get through to Discovery's Chronic Department due to a systems problem that kept sending me through to the wrong department, following which I sent in a complaint. Today a lady called Mausheena called me back to find out whether everything has been resolved, which I had given up on, having been off of my medicine for over a week. Within minutes she called me back to report that everything has been sorted and my medication approved. I am extremely grateful for your service Mausheena! I will be collecting my medicine today and hopefully then I can start to stabilise again.
