Liberty Medical Scheme
No repsponse and poor service

I have joined Liberty medical scheme for every one told me how wonderful this medical scheme is, I have a cousin that is with Liberty and he is extremely happy with them so I thought I would like to be part of their team.
I have asked them I would like to commence on the 1st of March and even got a letter stating that my membership commence from the 1st of March, now all of a sudden according to them I am a month in arrears for they said that my medical aid commence the 1st of February.
I have a sick child at home which I cannot take to the doctor for the medical aid is now suspended I am very disappointed in them and feel they are no good and not a good scheme at all and would not recommend them to anyone.
I have sent through letters and letters and the guy told me on Thursday the people would come back to me today the latest till now I have not heard a single peep from them.
For the second month they have now put through a debit order first the end of January which was suppose to be end of February so there is a returned debit order on my bank account and fees of R165.00 after the amount of R4489.00 was trying to be deducted from my salary.
