Handed over to ITC without being sent an invoice

I was disgusted when I had received a threatening phone call from your debt collector regarding a supposed outstanding amount owed to Lancet Laboratories. Firstly, you obviously have made no attempt to to send me an invoice for this supposed outstanding amount either via post, e-mail or SMS, of which you have all the details, so it blatant incompetence on your side. Secondly, none of my doctors reported back to me about an outstanding test result from Lancet Laboratories nor have you made an attempt to send the results directly to me. I demand an explanation for this 'outstanding amount' before I 'hand Lancet Laboratories over'.
