Just taking money out of my savings

I had a baby in October and was in hospital for 5 days. Every single dr's statement I received from Momentum stated that I did not have enough in my savings. So with every account I had to phone them and tell them to rectify it and that it was in hospital. I now received another statement stating that the pediatrician was paid out of my savings. It was in hospital!! Does anyone in the accounts by Momentum actually know what is going on???
