After being authorized they still refused to pay

Momentum has authorized the operation for my wisdom teeth. Everything at first seemed fine, they said the fee of the hospital as well as the aenethetics fee would be covered and that I must pay a percentage of the doctors fee and R1000.00 for admission costs. We agreed to all of this. A few weeks later they told us they only cover a portion of the aenethetics' fee and they wont cover my doctors fee at all as my savings have been depleted. How can this be the case when we don't even have a savings option? My Fiance has called at least 3 times and Momentum has not even once gotten back to me/him. Reference numbers: 185251874 and 185475235 -which they have given us. You are rated as one of the five biggest medical aids in SA and your acting like one of the worst. Please sort this out as a matter of urgency!
