Momentum Health will take your money erroneously

I removed my ex wife from my medical aid and have all the necessary documentation from my broker and acknowledgement from momentum, yet i continued to pay for her portion and she kept using my savings when she was supposed to be off my policy, I have been trying for 4 months now to resolve this matter and no one is doing anything! I went to get my daughter x rayed and they payed R 2.50 on a R 600 bills as there were NO SAVINGS LEFT! Savings which were used by my ex! How can they allow someone who is removed from a policy to illegally use your savings??? the person who messed this up obviously doesn't want to take responsibility!! My next e mail is to the ombudsmen!!
