~4 month battle

Since end 2013 I'm hassled by sms messages, phone calls and the occasional e-mail that I still have to settle an account with DRS WOLFAARDT LE ROUX LINDEQUE BURGER VAN PUTTEN & ASSOCIATES INC. (Intercare), which is especially weird as I've visited the doctor on several occasions and never had any problems, I made a few calls to the medical aid and everything seemed fine.

However this reignited this year, sms messages, phone calls, e-mails and after a long and lengthy "battle" back and forth between the Intercare billing department and the Medical aid with VARIOUS phone calls it was eventually noted that NO Claim was submitted from Intercare to the medical aid, I'm astonished that I, as the "client" had to be dragged into the middle of this, and also had to settle this account on my own behalf as the medical aid refused to process this claim as it is now more than 4 months ago.

So not only did I have to pay for this mistake (claim not submitted) out of my own pocket, I had to be the person to notify both parties of the mistake.

Great doctors, very unhappy about the rest of the service!
