Asked to pay account twice *frustrated*

People please be aware of ARWYP HOSPITAL in Kempton Park. They have asked me to pay my account again because they have misallocated my payment. They telling me they cant trace my payment which happened a year ago now i have to pay for their incompetency.why dont they check their cameras or whatever to check where my payment went? this feels like a nightmare that never ends. How the did they wait the whole year to tell me that i owe them? how did they reconcile their books? man, i only used the hospital once but im already.where do you get the nerve to rip patients off like that? I WILL NEVER PAY TWICE EVER... beware of ARWYP... find another hospital.this is shocking really. off... Action must be taken.this is very dogdy.sort out your mess please
