Account fully paid but to be listed on ITC

Me and my husband went to do HIV tests on 17 february 2012 and we paid the amount we were told to pay (approximately close to R1000.00 for 2 people). Towards the end of the year i received few smses telling that they are handing me to ITC because i havent paid my account.we contacted them and they investigated and told us that they made a mistake and removed me on ITC.Now jan 2013 same story appears again and now they telling me they are listing me because of non-payment.this is nonsense.when is this nightmare going to end.sies man

how could i owe when i didn't consult on credit? this issue is me off, what happened to the money i paid? stop ripping people off, now we have to use different hospital to avoid ARWYP's incompetence.this is crazy.they need to sort out their system.

now we have to take further action, we cant watch our future ruined because of people's incompetencies
