BAD SERVICE THIRD TIME AROUND NOW

Arwyp gives bad service to their clients and proceed with unauthorised operations and demand that you pay the account. Last year they operated on my daughter and I was not even aware that they were going to operate on her. I logged a complaint about them on Hello-Peter about that and their bad service. Now they are sending me sms saying that I need to pay for an operation I did not authorise and If I dont they will take legal action. Last year I spoke to the head of complaints who advised me to contact Dr Vambe (who operated on my daughter) so he can write a motivational letter to my medical aid (Bestemed) so that BEstmed can pay. Assuming they failed to get money from Bestmed now they threaten me amd they know that they are the ones who messd up or their case manager. If they knew i signed why did they advise me to liase with the Doctor to get the latter. Now they claim that I have signed and they have proof ..the only papers I signed were the admission forms and nothing else. I spoke to Bestmed last year and they confirmed that they notified the Hospital about how they are going to pay and NO ONE called me to tell me that... this is the third time you mess up..Fix it...
