Dont keep promises

On the 7th of November i lodged a compliant on Hello Peter and the somebody from Arwyp contacted me advising that they are having a meeting with Dr Roodt on the 13 Nov to address my compliant and they will contact me by the 15 Nov with feedback. Today is the 09 Dec and I am still waiting for feedback.
I am lodging a complaint against Arwyp because, I took my father to Arwyp hospital casualty and in my understanding everybody who attended to my father (Dr's nurses etc) was representing Arwyp. We did not go to Dr Roodt rooms for consultation, we did not even know Dr Roodt.
