Disgusting service

What disgusting service I got from casualty department.
Seriously they should convert Garden City into a government Hospital.
I brought my daughter in last night we arrived at the hospital round a bout 18:00 or a few minutes past.
She fell on her arm and it looks broken . we sat in casualty waiting to be seen by a doctor up until 20:00pm.
And yet no help then some male nurse comes out and tells us that there a 3 serious cases that just arrived
So we will be waiting longer imagine now my little girl age 6 yrs had to sit in pain for so long and no help.
We then left and went to and went home she was in pain the whole night is that fair to her and yet she still has not been seen. So there is only a few doctors in casualty and I was not good enough to be seen by one of them

Your service just disgusts me.
