Have not paid Ekhurleni Medi Clinic since OCT2012

This is the third time that I'm complaining about Bonitas without anyone getting back to me, all they say is they are aware of the complain and will get back to me, The claim that they have paid Ekhurleni Medi Clinic and my mom got threatening sms from the hospital that she has not paid. Due to this unsatisfying medical aid we had to cancel however now that we cancelled they say they won't pay, i wrote so many emails to Sannet and her team last year and at this point nothing has been done!!! it is so unfair that my mom should pay and she has already paid about R1200 and still Ekhurleni hospital claims that she still owes, No one from Bonital is willing check ITS UNBELIEVABLE!!! yet it was so easy to deduct money from her for medical aid.
