Equest for refund

I'm May 2010 a payment was made to the life hospital for medicine in a WCA claim. As this has as yet not been paid to me by the WCA I went and made enquiries as to why in the Pretoria offices. The WCA informed me that the amount had already been refunded back to the pharmacy in 2012. On the 10.1.2014, I contacted the headoffices with regards this and todate no one has been kind enough to come back to me. Although this is a very small amount, it would be appreciated if someone could come back to me and either confirm or advise that they have not received the refund.
