Once my favorite branch, now my worst!!

I phoned Torga on Friday to find out whether they have the type of contact lenses I use, in stock. Christelle phoned me and confirmed I may come through, they have in stock which I did that Sunday. On arrival I was told by Agnus that they don't know the strength of the contact lenses and have to pull my file first (shouldn't this be on the computer system?) so i left without them. On Tuesday Agnus phoned and confirmed I can come & collect my contact lenses. I asked her twice how much the total is and she confirmed R395.00 (cash) - When i got there on Tuesday afternoon I was asked to pay almost R800!! I then asked the lady can i just buy for 3 months instead of 6 as it's very expensive and she just said "no" (not even willing to try and help me out)... but there's a huge advertisement inside the shop advertising it for 3 months!! Why make me pay for 6 if i only want stock for 3... highly disappointed! I miss the old staff there!!
