I was advised i would pay R120 per month for Vitality, instead i have been paying R200, reason for this is unknown i am not able to get clarity from the call center, today i called in to 0861496463 to inquire about about my gym vitality fee that is so ridiculously high, when i singed up for my gym membership i was explained i would pay R55 per month and at most i would pay R59 after i paid my once off amount of R865 i was advised this from the call center and the gym after nearly 3years i since discovered that i was being billed R69 per month and effective December R87? i was like! i called into the call center the first person put me on hold and dropped the call after 15 mins of me holding on the 2nd person her name is Tersia couldn't explain why it was increased or why i have been paying R87, all the equipment at planet fitness is the same and old, i spent 25mins all speaking to her and listening how there is nothing she can do for me regarding her company me, i asked for a manager whom was apparently in a meeting, his name is Rajesh suki, he was suppose to phone me before 5pm today to explain this, i am disgusted with this daylight i want whats due to me
