Silver Hill Lodge
Silver hill lodge- sliver of in the midlands

This is supposedly a 4 * lodge - it lacks a receptionist who welcomes guests in uniform, a working restaurant, room service, a manned reception desk. The owners are rude, obnoxious and deceptive. It is supposedly family friendly but the swimming pool is exposed and unfenced, there is a gaping hole where the trampoline should be with no fencing, mountain baboon roam freely with no signage indicating this as a potential hazard. There are no baby chairs or indoor changing facilities. The owners feel they can charge whatever amount they choose to for meals at their discretion without informing one of the price.
When challenged they are rude, threatening, or unresponsive.
I am appalled by the behaviour of Alun and his son Neil clark 's behaviour to guests.
Perpetuated by their ongoing rudeness and arrogance when one Attempts to resolve the matter amicably. It is horrifying how people in the hospitality industry behave!
