Discovery Vitality & Vitality Mall
Please Help

I signed up with Planet Fitness in May this year as a Discovery Vitality memeber, received an sms at the beggining of December stating that my Membership was cancelled and that i owe planet firness R582.00 because of my vitality that I had cancelled. As i type this i cannot count how many times i called Planet Fitness as well as vitality to resolve this mess. Planet Fitness says that Vitality cancelled my membership and Vitality says that Planet Fitness Cancelled my membership. I cannot keep calling and i cannot keep running in circles with this. Please can someone help me!!!
