Dr threatens 73 yr old patient with jail sentance

30 day over due account. Dr calls patient and demands payment at the following days consultant and if not paid he will call the sheriff of the court to his office to arrest the 73 year old for non payment. Patient is devastated and close to having a heart attack, if not for the family calming the patient, who knows could have happened.
