No Payment for repairs done

We repaired 2 vehicles, 1 in February and 1 in early April 2013. Invoices, final repair calculations and release notes are sent in, everything is in order but sorry... they got a back log, we have to be patient! For how long do we have to be patient 1 claim is 3 months overdue and the other 2?
