Possible Negligence

Nursing staff incorrectly administered warfarin dosage to patient. Patient was already in hospital for two weeks (and with a 3 week old baby in a cot by her side).
Staff negligence caused patient's blood levels to drop dramatically, going back to square one.
A second opinion states this should have been resolved in four days, not two weeks.
Medical aid up in arms and exhausted.
After all the above, nursing staff handed patient incorrect script for medication as well!!!
