My story started with my daughter going for a annual check up at dentist. It was established she has to see a orthodontist. Reason: Her one adult tooth is unable to come out because of space restriction. This is a NEED not a WANT for prettiness sake. NO email was received, but a couple days after that, there was a Vitality news letter and a daily claim, but as for annual email NOTHING! Nothing is ever deleted! So at the end of the day nothing can be done to assist me or my daughter. WHY do we pay HUGE amounts of money? Their huge corporate word against mine? Hopeless case.
