Went with my Wife to Pharmacy on 12 Sept 2013 for Health Screening. Vitality send me and my wife the results in an email on the same day. After waiting a week I notice my point awarded but not my wifes, so I send a email asking whats up. This is where the run around starts. They tell me it will be sorted in 3 working days (1). A week later I send a 2nd email asking what up again and told still processing and escalated no date given..
A week later I send another email and get the same story still processing and escalated. A week later I send another email saying I'm bit upset..this time I get a phone call from Amanda who tells me the pharmacy is playing ball. I Tell her that Vitality send me and my Wifes result that same day we did the check, and I email her the proof. She tell me once she got the mail that the points have been allocated (2). A week later I'm cross and call the call centre and am told it's a back office problem and will be escalated. I ask for Amanda to call back to explain why she, and was told this would happen in the next 10 mins (3). This never happened.
I've had it with an organisation that are untruthful and incompetent.
