Bad service -out to make money, no benefits

Vitality is really just a joke.

You pay R1000 in health and fitness tests to get you to gold status (which by the way you cannot claim back from your medical aid if you are not on Discovery - as they use "vitality specific" codes which the other providers to do not pay for.) Even if your medical aid actually do pay for annual check ups like these... the VITALITY DAY codes cannot be claimed back. Nice.

And this is obviously annually that you have to do this to maintain the status..

Then, when you actually get to Gold status they promise all these fantastic discounts and benefits, 30% of Kulula, BA etc flights... Sure-- you try and get a discounted flight. Every single flight that I checked is either MORE if you log on with your vitality number or the same as you would normally pay.

What exactly is the benefit? Seriously?
