Revolting Service

Firstly after cancellation a person needs to wait 5 months for any Savings amount to be paid out.
This is totally unacceptable for huge company.
Thereafter the amount which I was advised on was R1078 then I receive an email informing me the amount paid out will be R471.18.
When you phone into the Call Center no one provides you with any real answers.
The amount of R1078 was not thumb-sucked I was advised of this amount in August, now it has reduced by more than 50%.
This is the most disgusting service I have experienced in my life.
