I have been trying to get hold of MSC Cruises for two days now. Partly due to the fact that the internet booking service does not work. I phone to enquire what the problem is and they tell you (while you hold on for so long no one answers) and an automated message says you can avoid the queue and book on line. But it does not work? I even used the "please call me back" but no one has bothered to do this either.
So I cannot get hold of them telephonically, in fact I am still holding on, and if you wait long enough, 087 075 0890 your phone call will be disconnected eventually. 011 807 5111 (Starlight) does not even work. I cannot get hold of them via the internet. How can we trust to book a cruise if they not even a available to take a phone call?
