On 5 December 2013 I received an email from Adele Louw indicating that my increased premium would be R3462.00 per month. On 1 January 2014 my account was debitted with R4089.00 which is a difference of R627.00 per month. I emailed her requesting an explanation of the difference on 2 January 2014 but to date have not received any response.
