Poor stay at hotel

On the 18th of January 2013 my family and I booked into your Ecotel hotel in Benoni and to our dismay we faced many disappointments which I would like to bring to the attention of the management:
1) the toilet in one room was leaking and could not be used
2) the toilet in the second guest room had a terrible stench and could not be used and the bathroom door had to be closed to keep the stench out.
3) of the three rooms that were booked, only 1 room door was lockable
4) there was not enough water available in the morning and not all my family members could shower.
5) The electricity tripped at night and it was only fixed after three o' clock in the morning.
6) the carpets were all wet and gave of a stench

My family and I were in Benoni to attend a funeral and after an exhausting day of traveling from various parts of South Africa, namely Newcastle, Durban and Rusternburg, we were looking forward to a restful night.

I was disgusted at the conditions that we endured.

I would like this matter to be attended to and correspondence as to how this matter will be addressed.
