Suspention of account whilst fully paid up to date

On the 17th December I received an sms as well as an e-mail to state that my medical aid had been suspended. I immediately called the call centre and was told that there was an outstanding amount. My account is on a debt order system from the bank!!! Up to date, my medical aid has still not been re-instated in spite of several e-mails to say that it has been re-instated since 19 December 2013. PLEASE!!! This is not the case. I have spent over R1500 in cell phone calls. Call centres forward me from one person to another and when I ask them to call me back, they don't!! No supervisor or manager or team leader ever call back as promised.
My chronic medication has been finished since the 1 January 2014, the Pharmacy has also called Bonita's and tried to re-instate the medical fund, but according to them I have resigned
