Horrible service and unsafe environment

We booked 2 rooms at the SS Monte's for the weekend. When we arrived, a very disrespectful rude Prissie help us book in. The hotel was very disorganised and overpacked with people - sign of bad management. When we got to our room, there were police officers camping out right by our door! They were very loud and we didn't like them being at our door, it made us feel very unsafe. My parents drove back to Witbank, and we stayed over alone, losing the money for 1 room. Our room was terrible, We heard a toilet flushing every 30 minutes right through the night waking us continuously (it was propably not a toilet, too consistent) It was a disgusting stay and we are very unhappy about how it was handled by the staff
