Incompetent Staff

I am disgusted in the lack on competence in your emergency room. Wednesday evening, 6pm 15 January 2014 i went to the emergency room for unbearable back pain. I gave them a urine sample and was told by your doctor on call that everything is negative in the sample and was sent away with ulcer medication. She had no idea why i have back pain. There was no routine testing. Nothing.
the pain progressed, i went to my GP who assessed me and gave me another urine sample, it immediately showed large amounts of blood, bacteria and uric acid showing i have a bad kidney infection and he couldn't grasp the fact that a doctor couldn't pick this up 2 days before. I paid R700.00 for a wrong diagnosis because i was not treated as an individual. The staff behind your desk was more interested in their new Samsung and chatting then anyone waiting in the consult room.
