I recently had the unfortunate experience to visit the Ferncrest Hospital in Rustenburg, I had numerous unpleasantness with this stay, my Doctor was hardly seen after he told me that I've picked up a bacterial infection on the brain, in two day's my treatment was changed but not even explained to me neither the bacteria explained, on Friday 1 March, I noticed the antibiotic, IV line, not even been connected so I can receive the "drugs" as prescribed, after phone calls to the doctors room's I received my medication 4hours late, not withstanding, but due to me been in a "critical" bacterial infection surely I should have received my medication as prescribed, without even question? I requested my Dr to discharge me immediately so I can get a second opinion; I was gracious enough to state that if the diagnosis is the same, I'd like to return to him for the treatment as we have walked the last two years together.
So now under the Netcare Charter and client care, displayed on the web site for all to view, I requested a second opinion with a disgusted care from my doctor, even discharging me with no pain medication or anti bionics till I could see the new Doctor, my medical aid luckily p
