We were booked on a 4 day trip to the Portuguese Islands departing from Durban on the 13th January 2014 we got to the Portuguese islands on the 14th and was told that were could not visit the island due to bad weather and bad water conditions, it is my opinion that Msc is promising people to take them to the islands yet when they get there they pull the bad water or weather conditions on people which is not fair I believe if the weather conditions is bad all guests should receive a partial refund for trip, we were able to visit the Island on the 15th but this meant the scheduled trip to Inhambane island was cancelled it felt to me like the Msc is cutting costs by not traveling to the next island. I am also not happy with the service charge of 15% that is being levied every time you order a drink even if you go and order your drink directly from the bar the 15% service charge applies. When we departed on Friday 17.01.2014 we converted the positive balance of USD to Rands and were not given change as the cashier said they don't keep change Msc should round of to the nearest 10 rand and pay the guests. Minors were allowed in the club without adult supervision which is ridiculous
