Robben Island Museum
My first & last visit to Cape Town

I've had a very bad experience with the tour operators of the robben island museum. After having been delayed for my flight to CPT I arrived at the time that my trip to the island was supposed to leave which was 1pm. I called the offices and informed them of this of which they replied that the boat was delayed anyway and I can still hurry up and board. After speeding from the airport to the V&A waterfront I arrived to be told that the boat has left and at I will not receive a refund for me and the 3 people I had booked. Now I am well aware of the T&Cs and their no refund policy and I was ok with no getting my money back but all I requested was that they try put me on another boat even if it were the next day. The attitude I received from the front desk people and the ticket officers (who are supposed to be the face of business) was horrible. The only person who did try help me ended up ducking and diving and was no where to be found the next day when I came to the V&A as he said that I can try.

I will never go back to the Robben island museum
