Robben Island Museum
Robben Island Tours cancell tours but dont refund

We travelled to CPT and booked a family tour to visit Robben Island for 15 Dec 2013. full amount of R 2500 was paid. On the 10th we were notified that all tours were cancelled for that day and refund would be processed within 48 hours. To date no refund has been processed. Called Mosa that the person in charge of refunds was sick and they sent the request for refund only now and they cant confirm refund date. Be careful of this company as they dont seem to not want to refund tours they cancel. Note they cancelled teh tour not us.
