I have just returned from my second cruise with MSC. The first was on the Sinfonia in 2012 and now on the Opera. Both cruises were to Portuguese Island. Despite not being able to visit the island this time, I was yet again amazed by MSC's professionalism and all-round great service.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, all procedures were smooth and problem-free. We were notified on the first day that we would not be able to visit the island but instead would dock at Maputo and were given the chance to explore there instead.

The food was very good and always available which amazed me especially considering I am a vegetarian. The cabins were great, the entertainment was top-class. The card system worked flawlessly for me both times.

All-in-all, I am absolutely impressed with MSC and I will be cruising with them again, hopefully soon.
