Not paying a service provide

Today i received an email for the pediatrician who consulted my son in hospital that the account is outstanding the amount of R12606.81. the consultant at the doctor's rooms have previously spoken to Mr Moreti in regards to the claims. i have been with this medical aid since 01/07/2010 and never had this problem previously. the doctor's rooms requested me to contact prime cure since they have been trying to no avail. i myself have held on the line for over 20 min and did not get ANY answer! please help!!!
