When contacting the bankmed call centre today at 11h55 I was routed to the message centre and spoke to Jesslynn. She informed me that there is high call volumes and she will take down my details for someone to call me back. I asked her at what time will I receive a call today and she was uncertain. This is the second time that I have been trying to contact bankmed and there call centre is always inundated with high call volumes according to the message centre. Your debit order is deducted on a monthly basis as a member but whenever you need assistance, they are never available and you have to wait for them to return your call. It is evident that they cannot manage there member base to provide service. If this continues I will need to look for an alternate medical aid who will be able to assist when I contact them iso taking messages and waiting for bankmed to contact the member.
