Bankmed
Bad attitude!!

I called the Bankmed call centre because I was debited for an amount by Bankmed which I had no knowledge of before the debit. It took the agent 20 minutes to figure out why I was debited (due to Bankmed's mess up two months ago) and she couldn't care that I was not notified about the amount. When I complained about the service at Bankmed she said "ok" and she kept saying "ok". She came across as extremely arrogant! Then I asked to rate the call (as is requested when you initially reach the voice prompts) and then I was transferred to another lady who was laughing & said that the service is not working. I cannot believe the service in call centres! I am really disgusted at the service!
