I changed my membership option from comprehensive to PLUS. today I went to fetch my monthly chronic medication to be informed that I have resigned from Bankmed. Can this issue be resolved asap as I have run out of chronic medication. This also means I cannot log into the Bankmed app. I also wanted to become of the part of the special case care programme. I am extremely frustrated and annoyed.
