Excellent Service

I had my annual eye test at Gateway today (03 Jan 2014) and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from all the staff involved. This ranged from the 'pre-test' to the optometrists' assistance.

The optometrist that consulted me went the extra mile to assis me in double checking that my contact lenses were comfortable, performed an additional range of tests to ensure that I wouldn't have any problems and generally tried her very best to make sure I was happy - even arranging a second consultation a few hours later to ensure that I was comfortable with my lenses.

My only regret was that I didn't take the optometrists' name down for my next visit!
