I had an issue with my prescription spectacles bought in Kimberley, Northern Cape but because I had moved to KZN I tried getting them repaired at Spec-Savers in Malvern and Pavilion Mall, both basically shunned me away without assistance. Having given up I tried Gateway one day while just visiting the mall. The assistance was overwhelming to to. The care and attention they gave and still give me I appreciate VERY MUCH!! They have since assisted me twice and now a third with the same problem which we suspect to be a factory fault from a supplier that has apparently shut down.

I wish to express my gratitude to the Gateway Spec-Savers manager and her staff for their assistance, their care, their attention to my problem and time in always getting back to me with feedback!!! I am in awe!! If only the rest of KZN could pay attention to how you run your department! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

I have found my EYE-CARE HOME... Spec-Savers Gateway!! I am willing to travel the 60km return trip just to get to your place!!
