WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I went for an eye test at spec-savers in centurion mall. There I was told that my eyes were a bit swollen because of using my contact lenses to much. The lady was going to give me both contact lenses as well as glasses to use in the mornings and at night. Me and my husband was sitting in their waiting area while she said she was calling the medical aid. Eventually she told us to go for a walk through the mall while she calls my previous optometrist and speak to the medial aid.
We never received a call back from her that day! It took her 5 days, many phone calls from me and a visit to their office for her to get back to me, only to tell me i have to go see a specialist. When i called the lady back to ask her if she could please just give me a set of trail lenses until i can see the specialist, the receptionist told me there was no reading on my chart but she was quick to bill my test while i was still in their waiting area. I went to see her again today, only to hear her deny everything! If she wasn't able to test my eyes she could have just said so, and not ignore and to cover her tracks. Now i have to use my old glasses that I cant see with because of her incompetence!
