Injury at Klitzgras due to BAD maintenance

On 13 Dec 12, arrival at chalets, walked on wooden deck, took my next step the wood broke, my right leg went into the gap and fell on my left leg, my husband called owner his daughter said my ankle is sprained. I walked 2 weeks with pain, medical aid exhausted, then on 28 Dec 12 I could not take the pain anymore. saw orthopedic surgeon, my left leg was fractured, i walked with cast and crutches over 6 weeks on the day of 28 Dec 12 I emailed the one owner Polla (owner) and explained that I am going to dr. she said they will look at matter to cover my medical costs.i had to give her all the reports, the medical aid was exhausted, reason to walk with pain so long. The. the lady at their insurance really had attitude. I consulted with a attorney, he wrote letter and their lawyers declined the claim. My lawyer said I have good case, if I go to court and I loose, I will have to pay the other lawyer legal cost - R30 000.00. I mailed polla 26/11/12 to ask if they can refund my medical costs, she said I am trying to milk them.she said the court decided that they won the case. contacted my lawyer he confirmed she, the case did not go to court. because I dont have the money to do it!!!
