Due date lapsed by 4 weeks employees rude

I asked Flemix to rescind judgement on my name. They promised it will take 6-8 weeks to complete the whole process. I called Flemix after 4 weeks, they said they are busy, waiting for the lawyer to give the court date, I called them after six weeks they said they are busy, waiting for the lawyer.i then called after 8 weeks, asked to speak to the Supervisor by the name of Karla only to find that my case has NOT been to the lawyer, because the documents have not been delivered to the right lawyer in the right format but for the past 8 weeks I was told they are waiting for the lawyer. Now the matter went to the court on 28th Oct 2013 after 2 months. They told me it would take maximum 7 working days to finalise with ITC. But to date no response or update from them. Today I called this lady dropped the phone on my when I demanded that I speak to the supervisor. And this is the second time that the phone gets dropped on my phone by the operator of this Flemix. Its thumb down for me I will never recommend them to anyone and everyone out there, please don't use Flemix service.
