Discovery has the best legal team to avoid paying

As a member of Discovery Health I wrongly thought that the legal department was there to facilitate resolution of disputes. I now know better. Following their advice I suspended the litigation via the Small Claim Court and went to the Council Of Medical Schemes. They also deserve a bouquet for being the most inefficient organization on the planet. At the end of May 2013 I formally closed my appeal with them and resumed litigation via the small claim court. Yesterday I had my day in court. I was surprised to see the magistrate of Hillbrow court 1 listen to the Discovery Health Lawyer before I could even put forth my case. He dismissed my case believing the false allegation that I was forum hopping. Well done Discovery! High five.
