Pulse option with NO oncology benefit from 2014

We joined Bestmed in 2013 with the Pulse 1 option which was great value for money. On receiving my booklet for 2014 I noticed that the oncology benefit has now changed to state facilities only whereas in 2013 they had an oncology programme where you could seek medical attention at a private hospital - which is why all of us pay for medical aid!! This is totally unacceptable and I'm sure there should be some law against this!!!
