TERRIBLE NEW YEARS EVE EXPERIENCE

I've tried to submit this complaint via your official website, however error messages keep appearing so i have no other choice but to submit my complaint on Hello Peter. Myself & some friends attended a new years eve function on Tuesday at the Kgotla Venue. The tickets were R495 each. Welcome drinks, food, live entertainment as well as champagne at midnight were all included in the price. However I have a few complaints. We did not receive welcome drinks & no one was there to welcome us and ensure that we received these drinks. The sound inside the venue was terrible, we eventually managed to just help ourselves with starters as we did not know what was going on or what was being said. My starter was cold, my main meal was cold and the sushi rice was completely under cooked! The live entertainment was terrible, the 'dancers' were amateurish as well as the singer. The DJ played mainly songs from the early 90's and many songs just stopped playing and there were minutes of silence before the DJ managed to find a new song. This happened on numerous occasions. We never received any champagne at midnight, even after asking the waiter!.. I'm still waiting for our champagne actually.
