I'm very annoyed at the lack of response when it comes to payments on their BonCap accounts. They authorised my general practitioner visitation in August 2013 but when it came to payment, they decided to do part payments withouts even notifying me as their paying client. I have now been handed over to ITC for unpaid account which I have made numerous enquiriesfor with Bonitas. They have never given me ana answer as to why this is unpaid. All I get is telephone PING-PONG & waste of my airtime being passed on from one consultant to another. I'm very disappointed as they are labeled as No.1 medical aid brokers in S.A. I am seeking assistance from other medical aid brokers
